Project : Jefferson Health

Migration of the existing US-based Jefferson Health Plans website to AEM.

Roles in the project : AEM Lead Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Analysed the current website and created detailed design documentation.
  • Developed reusable components, editable templates, OSGi services, and servlets, and implemented JUnit tests for comprehensive code validation..
  • Worked on content fragments, enhancing core components as per requirements.
  • Created forms , integrated with reCAPTCHA & implemented email notifications for multi-tenant setup.
  • Guided team members, provided mentorship, and performed code reviews..

Project : Mercedes Benz

An e-commerce platform where we are trying to create digital experience for consumers and dealers.

Roles in the project : Senior AEM Developer

Technologies : Java 8 , AEM 6.4 & 6.5

Responsibilities:

  • Developing reusable Components, Editable Template, OSGi Services and Servlets.
  • Worked on integration with third party translation connector with leveraging AEM translation.
  • Automated creation of Dealers for the market by fetching the relevant data for the dealers and creating
    the site and DAM structure, establishing live copy relationship and permissions.
  • Implemented solution for Author Scaling to decrease load on authors.
  • Worked on the upgrade from AEM 6.4 to 6.5.

Project : Stihl

An e-commerce project, where the client wants to the digital experience for consumers and dealers by
creating a B2X platform for the client.

Roles in the project : AEM Lead

Technologies : Java 8 , AEM 6.4 & 6.5 , AMS

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in gathering business requirements and converting them to technical solutions.
  • Mentoring and training new team members.
  • Do Code Reviews, task estimation, refining stories with the client and developing reusable Components,Editable Template, OSGi Services and Servlets.
  • Worked on most of the latest features of AEM 6.5 i.e. Editable Template and Experience Fragments.
  • Designed and Implemented the User Permission Model for the website .
  • Concept and supported Implementation of the Import process for images from a third party system.
  • Creation of scripts for automation of tasks.
  • Developed the Sitemap implementation for the website to generate Sitemap for every country.
  • Taking care of the deployment processes to higher environment.
  • Designing and Implemented Error handling scenario for the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the new Adobe Marketing Cloud practise and provide Unilever a whole new personalised
    experience to enhance their business.
    o Managing end to end integration of AEM with Adobe Target using DTM.
    o Web optimisation experience in A/B Testing in Adobe Target.
    o Using Adobe Campaign Standard to provide personalised newsletter to end-user. Which
    includes integration of tool with AEM, creating templates and campaigns.
    o Used the Adobe Audience Manager Capabilities to merge data across various devices.
  • Designed a Framework to generate the RSS/ATOM feeds for the entire project.
  • Mentoring and training new team members.
  • Do Code Reviews, task estimation, refining stories with the client and developing reusable Components, Editable Template, OSGi Services and Servlets.
  • Working on AEM foundational concepts with solid understanding of AEM building blocks, SLING,
    FELIX, and JSR-170.
